Who is Mettch?

The intention with this blog is to document my everyday life in terms of food and restaurant visits, let it be when I drink cappuccinos with my friends in Copenhagen cafés, eat street jiaozi at dodgy Beijing food stalls, or frequent Michelin-starred restaurants in Southern France. Sometimes I use my Canon EOS, sometimes my shitty iPhone3, which some pictures surely also reflect. I am neither a professional photographer nor a food and wine connoiseur - but I do enjoy all three elements - and hope that you will also enjoy following my adventures in Copenhagen and around the World.
