A marathon led us to Stockholm this May, and what better strategy for a carb feast than going for sushi? I had read about Råkultur around the net prior to our visit and had high expectations - which were certainly fulfilled. Fifteen pieces set us back less than 180sek each, which is quite a bargain 1) for this exceptionally high quality of sushi 2) compared to the quite expensive restaurant scene in Stockholm. I was especially impressed with the nigiri selection which really showcased the incredible fish quality while almost each piece also had a little detail added such as roe, an emulsion or a sort of spice. Highly recommended.
